Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As SDR, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This remote role requires strong written communication, multi-channel outreach, and experience with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Quota carrying in B2B sales is preferred.
• Strong written communication and personalized outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools (LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo).

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
