Qualifications

• B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• At least 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, preferably in SaaS or agency settings.
• Excellent written communication and personalization in outreach.
• Experience using outbound tools to generate meetings and pipeline.
• Familiar with Salesforce and maintaining clean CRM records.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
