Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Contact Centre Agent at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is a remote, full-time role based in South Africa. You will use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Ability to research ideal accounts and identify decision makers.
• Experience with outbound sequences and multi-channel outreach.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
