Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. This role focuses on thoughtful outbound outreach using LinkedIn, email, and phone to create first impressions of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is a remote role within South Africa, with expectations to source, identify, and engage decision makers, and to maintain accurate CRM records

Competenze

2 years in an SDR/BDR role (agency or SaaS experience a plus).
Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
