Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel, researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers to create the first impression of Blacksmith with potential clients.

Role focuses on thoughtful outbound outreach using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality touches. Remote in SA.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
