Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar, agency or SaaS experience is preferred.
• Strong written communication with the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and channels used for prospecting.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and keeping pipeline up to date.
• Gritty, curious and coachable spirit.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts across South Africa based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
