Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will research, source and book meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

This is a remote role with SA-wide scope. You will own outbound outreach, using tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume targets while maintaining high-quality touchpoints.

Formación

• B2B sales experience preferred. Full-cycle closers who have carried a quota are welcome.
• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
