Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative across South Africa to open doors, build pipeline, and book meetings with qualified decision makers. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts and crafting personalized outreach to create the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume targets while keeping touchpoints high quality. Remote role from SA.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Excellent written communication and personalization.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
