Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking Sales Development Representatives to drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach, using tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping touchpoints high quality. Fully remote within South Africa.

Formación

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Experience with outbound outreach.
• Familiarity with automation/outbound tools.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research target accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
