Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers and book discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You will craft personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone, maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce and SalesLoft, and continually test messaging to improve pipeline quality.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Strong written communication and personalization.
• Experience with outbound tools and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
