Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. This full-time remote role focuses on researching accounts, sourcing decision-makers, and booking discovery calls for Account Executives.

You will manage outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone, maintain Salesforce/SalesLoft records, and continuously test and refine messaging with the sales team to improve targeting and conversion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
