The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in the staffing industry and is proficient in CRM tools. You will be a key player in preparing for our upcoming RPO services in 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an SDR/BDR within the Staffing industry.
• Direct placement sales experience is mandatory.
• Proven track record of meeting KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting, including 80–100 calls daily.
• Manage leads through the outreach lifecycle via HubSpot CRM.
• Set 5–7 qualified appointments weekly.
