Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are eager to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

Responsibilities include mapping accounts, identifying decision makers, executing personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone, and booking qualified discovery calls

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred.
• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role; SaaS or agency a plus.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
