Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

This is a remote, full-time role within South Africa. You’ll use tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo to craft tailored outreach sequences and maintain Salesforce records.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
