Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel, researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers while representing Blacksmith Agency with high-quality outreach.

This is a remote, full-time role based in South Africa. You will use tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining quality and accuracy

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role.
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
