Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression for potential clients.

This is a full-time remote role across South Africa. You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality outreach.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
