As Appointment Scheduler, you own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach, not spamming a list, and uses tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume

Competenze

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
