Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in chemical process development and scale-up.
• Strong knowledge of reaction engineering, thermodynamics, and transport phenomena.
• Experience designing and operating pilot plants; remote collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Design and execute pilot plant trials to validate and optimize processes.
• Develop PFDs and P&IDs for scaled-up processes.
• Perform mass and energy balance calculations for new and existing processes.
• Conduct techno-economic evaluations for scale-up projects.
• Identify and mitigate scale-up challenges related to kinetics, heat transfer, and safety.
• Collaborate with R&D chemists and engineers for tech transfer from lab to pilot and commercial scale.
