About the Role

Our client, a dynamic innovator in the specialty chemicals sector, is seeking an experienced Remote Chemical Process Engineer specializing in scale-up to join their expanding technical team. This is a fully remote opportunity, allowing you to contribute to critical projects from anywhere. You will be responsible for the successful transition of chemical processes from laboratory and pilot scales to full commercial production. This involves detailed process design, equipment specification, troubleshooting scale-up challenges, and ensuring robust, safe, and economical operations. Leveraging your expertise in chemical engineering principles and scale-up methodologies, you will collaborate virtually with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to de-risk and accelerate the implementation of new products and processes. Key Responsibilities
