Job summary

DentistFind. inc. is seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator in Johannesburg to build a scalable sales operating system and improve CRM accuracy.

You will drive follow-through across teams, ensure clean pipeline data, and translate meetings into actionable records for leadership review. The role focuses on ownership of sales workflows, weekly reporting, and cross-functional handoffs, with a strong emphasis on written communication and process rigor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales operations, coordination, or similar roles.
• Proven ownership of a workflow or operational system over weeks/months.
• Experience maintaining accurate CRM records (deal stages, tasks, ownership, dates).
• Understanding of B2B sales processes: leads, proposals, follow-ups, handoffs, and progression.
• Excellent written communication; ability to produce concise, decision-ready updates.

Responsibilities

• Daily Sales Operations Oversight: review leads, opportunities, appointments, overdue tasks, and next actions; route to correct owner.
• CRM Accuracy & Pipeline Hygiene: update deal stages, ownership, tasks, dates, notes, and links; flag inconsistencies.
• Meeting Follow-Through & Action Tracking: convert meetings into structured action records with owners and deadlines.
• Weekly Reporting & Decision Support: concise pipeline and activity reports with benchmarks and gaps.
• Cross-Functional Handoffs: coordinate inputs between Sales, Marketing, Client Success and others.
• Sales Process Implementation: establish and improve CRM, Deals, Tasks, and follow-through procedures.
• Sales Quality Improvement Support: organize coaching evidence and performance insights for leadership.
• Documentation & Knowledge Preservation: capture workflows and definitions in a structured format.
• Escalation & Risk Visibility: identify issues and elevate with context and next steps.
• AI-Enabled Administrative Support: use AI tools for summaries while verifying accuracy.
• Other Duties: ad hoc tasks as assigned.
