DentistFind. inc. is seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator in Cape Town to build a scalable sales operating system within a founder-led environment.

You will own CRM hygiene, manage pipelines, and drive cross-functional handoffs between Sales, Marketing, and Client Success. This remote, full-time role requires 3–5 years of experience, excellent written English, and a proactive approach to documentation, reporting, and risk visibility, with responsibilities spanning weekly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations or related roles.
• Strong CRM and pipeline management experience.
• Excellent written communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Daily Sales Operations Oversight: maintain clear daily sales picture and route items to owners.
• CRM Accuracy & Pipeline Hygiene: keep deal stages, ownership, tasks, dates, notes updated.
• Meeting Follow-Through & Action Tracking: convert meetings into structured action records with owners and deadlines.
• Weekly Reporting & Decision Support: produce weekly pipeline and activity reports with insights.
• Cross-Functional Handoffs: coordinate inputs between Sales, Marketing, Client Success and others.
• Sales Process Implementation: establish practical CRM, Deals, and Tasks processes and improve adoption.
• Sales Quality Improvement Support: organize coaching evidence and performance insights for leadership.
• Documentation & Knowledge Preservation: capture workflows and reporting definitions in a structured way.
• Escalation & Risk Visibility: identify governance gaps and elevate risks with context.
• AI-Enabled Administrative Support: use AI tools to summarize notes and organize information with verification.
