DentistFind. inc. is seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator to build a scalable sales operating system in a remote setup.

You will maintain CRM accuracy, drive follow‑through across teams, and turn scattered information into clear priorities and actions. This is a senior, hands‑on role in a founder‑led sales environment. The role focuses on improving visibility into pipeline performance, standardizing processes, and reducing the CEO’s time spent reconstructing status from chats

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales operations, sales coordination, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated ownership of a workflow or process over weeks or months, not just meetings.
• Proven experience maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene.
• Clear understanding of B2B sales workflows: lead management, proposals, follow-ups, and handoffs.
• Strong written communication in English suitable for concise reports and updates.
• Ability to distinguish facts from assumptions and escalate risks appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales operations to maintain a clear, accurate operating picture.
• Ensure CRM records include deal stages, ownership, tasks, dates, notes, and sources.
• Translate meetings and updates into structured action records with owners and deadlines.
• Prepare weekly pipeline and activity reports highlighting bottlenecks and performance.
• Coordinate inputs and handoffs between Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and other teams.
• Help implement practical CRM processes and ensure adoption with real examples.
• Provide coaching evidence and insights to inform leadership decisions.
• Document workflows, reporting definitions, and process exceptions for knowledge retention.
• Identify and escalate issues outside the role’s authority with recommended next steps.
