Hire Hangar is seeking a Senior Recruiter with a strong HR orientation to support a fast-growing client in podcast and digital media. This role blends full-cycle recruitment with hands-on HR coordination in a remote, high-growth environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable operating at the intersection of hiring and HR, with EST hours and proficiency in Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter with HR exposure.
• Experience coordinating HR activities alongside recruitment.
• Must have remote work experience and familiarity with remote collaboration tools.
• Comfortable working within EST hours and across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and documentation.
• Support HR processes including employee records and policy coordination.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee data in ATS/HR systems.
• Serve as a point of contact for recruitment-related and light HR inquiries.
