Our client, a major player in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to support their national sales team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from any location within South Africa. You will be instrumental in providing data-driven insights to enhance sales effectiveness, optimize processes, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a solid understanding of sales operations within the FMCG context. You will be responsible for managing sales data, generating reports, identifying trends, and supporting the sales team with operational insights. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or data analysis, preferably within the FMCG industry .
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is essential.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data clearly.
