Job summary

Phoenix SA, part of Wilmington plc, is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to be the friendly face for learners. You will handle enquiries, guide learners from enquiry to enrolment, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless learner journey.

You will balance exceptional customer service with consultative sales, ensuring accurate information, managing records in HubSpot, and supporting onboarding and certification administration as part of a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, enrolment, sales support or similar role.
• Experience handling customer enquiries across multiple channels.
• Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot.
• Strong administration skills with accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries across telephone, email, website forms, live chat, WhatsApp and social media.
• Provide accurate information on training courses, qualifications and learning pathways.
• Build relationships with prospective learners and corporate customers to understand needs and recommend solutions.
• Manage enquiries through full journey from initial contact to enrolment.
• Follow up leads, quotations and opportunities to maximise conversion and revenue.
