Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives to work across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach and high-quality touches using tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce. The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years in an SDR/BDR capacity, strong written communication, and familiarity with outbound

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar.
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication with the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
