This role focuses on thoughtful outbound outreach, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality touchpoints.

Qualificações

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and pipeline management.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
