Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel across South Africa. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone to book discovery calls for the Account Executives.

The role requires 2 years in SDR/BDR, familiarity with outbound tools, and comfort with Salesforce pipeline management. This is a full-time remote position within South Africa.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR or similar role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing own pipeline.
