Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As an SDR, you will research ideal accounts, identify decision-makers and craft personalized outreach to book discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You will use tools like LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to maintain clean records and tighten targeting, while working remotely within South Africa.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience useful.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and provide feedback to sales team.
