Placements24 is seeking a Remote Sales Development Representative to generate qualified leads for our SaaS solutions from your home office. You will be the first point of contact for prospects in the Tembisa market and beyond, using outbound outreach to establish interest and set discovery calls for the sales team.

You should have 1–2 years in sales, customer service, or marketing, with excellent verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, professional phone presence.
• Self-motivated, organized, able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
• A passion for technology and SaaS industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media to generate new leads.
• Engage prospects to identify pain points and potential needs for SaaS products.
• Communicate the value proposition of solutions to potential customers.
• Schedule qualified discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
• Utilize CRM and sales tools to track activities and manage lead data.
• Collaborate with marketing to align on lead generation strategies.
