Placements24 is seeking a Remote Sales Specialist in South Africa to generate and qualify leads for a dynamic product suite. The role is fully remote, nationwide, and requires proactive outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

You will identify opportunities, nurture prospects, and hand them over to the sales team for demonstrations. Ideal candidates have prior sales development or lead generation experience, strong CRM discipline, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales development or lead generation role is highly desirable.
• Exceptional cold-calling and email outreach skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail for CRM management.
• Self-motivated and disciplined to excel in a remote work environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and research potential leads through online channels, databases, and social media.
• Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage prospective clients.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they align with the company's target market.
• Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations for the senior sales team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM system.
