You will troubleshoot complex issues, document interactions in the CRM, and collaborate with engineering to report bugs and suggest improvements. The role emphasizes proactive communication, strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in technical or client support for SaaS or online services.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support via email, chat, and phone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform, account, and integration issues.
• Guide clients in maximizing platform use to achieve business goals.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the support system.
