Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of SaaS solutions for a global client base. The role is fully remote, with involvement across distributed teams and clients worldwide, including coordination with teams in Mossel Bay, Western Cape.

You will guide clients through the entire implementation lifecycle, ensuring successful adoption, integration, and ongoing satisfaction while driving outcomes and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on SaaS or software implementations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple client-facing projects simultaneously.
• Excellent understanding of the SaaS business model and implementation methodologies.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of SaaS implementation projects, from discovery and planning to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, and key milestones.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the implementation process.
• Coordinate internal resources (e.g., engineering, customer success, sales) to ensure project objectives are met.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, proactively developing mitigation strategies.
• Track project progress, report on status, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Facilitate client training and onboarding sessions to ensure successful user adoption.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide client feedback and contribute to product improvements.
• Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for expansion or upsell.
