Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Lead Technical Project Manager to drive end-to-end SaaS deployments for enterprise clients in a remote-first setup. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, shape project strategy, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include defining scope, managing risks, customer communications, and ensuring seamless integrations with client systems. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in technical project management for SaaS projects and strong SDLC expertise.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in technical project management for SaaS deployments.
Proven ability to lead remote project teams of varying sizes.
Strong understanding of SDLC and multiple PM methodologies.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end lifecycle for SaaS implementations, including planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
Lead and mentor project management teams in a remote setting.
Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and proactive issue resolution.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements with stakeholders.
Identify and manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Facilitate smooth integration of SaaS product with client systems.
