In this role, you will proactively engage with customers, onboard new accounts, conduct regular check-ins, and identify upsell opportunities while managing multiple client relationships from a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer success.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with a portfolio of customers to ensure their success with the platform.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to understand evolving needs and goals.
• Onboard new customers, guiding them through initial setup and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and usage patterns.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely resolutions.
• Monitor customer health scores and address churn risk proactively.
• Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and sales teams for continuous improvement.
• Educate customers on new features and updates to maximize value.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
