Job summary

Octogle Technologies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Sales Hiring in South Africa, with a remote work setup. You will own end-to-end recruitment for SDRs, BDRs, and closers, focusing on SA talent and international teams operating UK/US hours.

You will build pipelines, headhunt proactively, run practical assessments, and track hiring metrics to maintain speed and quality in hiring. An established SA network and proficiency with LinkedIn tools are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting sales talent in South Africa (agency or in-house).
• Proven track record placing SDRs and BDRs with UK, US or international companies.
• Strong existing network of SA sales professionals.
• Eye for real performers over polished CVs.
• Confidence with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, PNet and ATS tools.
• Speed, ownership and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end hiring for sales roles: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of top SA sales talent.
• Head-hunt proactively through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and your own network.
• Run practical assessments such as cold-call roleplays and outreach tests.
• Fill roles fast without dropping the quality bar.
• Track and report on hiring metrics like time-to-hire, quality of hire and retention.
