Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. This is a remote role for the South Africa market, focusing on thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn, email and phone to book meetings with qualified decision makers.

You will own the top of the funnel, researching ICPs, building contact lists, and maintaining Salesforce/SalesLoft records to support Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role.
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
