Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Remote HR Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to South African labor laws, including BCEA, LRA, and EE Act. This fully remote role requires auditing, policy development, and guidance to HR teams and management across operations.

Ideal candidates hold a law or HR degree with at least 4 years in HR compliance in SA, and have strong analytical and communication skills to mitigate risks and promote ethical employment practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of HR compliance experience in SA.
• Extensive knowledge of South African labor legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance frameworks and conducting audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage HR compliance programs and policies.
• Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure adherence to SA labour laws and company standards.
• Stay updated on legislative changes and advise the organization on necessary compliance adjustments.
• Investigate and address compliance-related concerns and employee grievances.
• Prepare and submit required compliance reports to relevant government bodies.
• Provide training and guidance to HR staff and management on compliance matters.
