You’ll build processes, track pipelines, and drive documentation to support growth from a fractional basis toward a Head of Operations path.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue operations or operational project management in an agency or client services environment.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders.
• Excellent written English with international clients.

Responsibilities

• Own client and stakeholder management, providing clear communication and progress updates.
• Manage timelines, scope, deliverables, and risk across accounts.
• Coordinate team efforts and ensure follow-through on commitments.
