Placements24 is seeking an analytical Remote Revenue Manager for a rapidly growing hotel group in South Africa. This fully remote role focuses on maximizing room revenue across multiple properties through pricing, forecasting, and data-driven decisions within a compliant remote setup.

You will analyze market trends, manage rate strategies in PMS and distribution channels, and partner with hotel teams to drive RevPAR while maintaining accuracy and remote-work discipline.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in revenue management within hospitality.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in PMS, channel managers, and revenue management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance or related field.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement dynamic pricing and inventory management strategies to maximize room revenue.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and demand forecasting to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Collaborate with hotel management to set room rate strategies and sales initiatives.
• Monitor booking pace and market trends, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Prepare regular revenue reports and present findings to senior management.
• Optimize distribution channels to maximize reach and profitability across booking platforms.
• Manage rate strategies within PMS and other relevant systems.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to improve RevPAR.
• Provide training to hotel teams on revenue management best practices.
• Stay current with industry advancements and technologies.
