Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of revenue management experience.
• Proficiency with RMS and forecasting tools, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and ADR.
• Conduct demand forecasting using historical data and market trends.
• Monitor pricing and market dynamics for opportunities and threats.
• Maintain pricing and inventory controls across distribution channels.
• Prepare reports and forecasts with strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align strategies.
• Utilize RMS and analytics tools to support decisions.
• Identify upsell opportunities and improve guest value.
