Job summary

NTT DATA Africa is seeking an Account Manager to build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers across Africa, driving demand and revenue growth within an assigned portfolio of channel partner accounts.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product teams, developing territory plans, identifying opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction while expanding the company’s footprint in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
• Experience in a technology or global organisation is preferred.
• Experience in Marketing/Marketing Communications or Online Agency is beneficial.
• ABM experience with strong CRM familiarity and data-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior decision-makers across assigned portfolio of accounts.
• Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Create demand and increase engagement with products and services; achieve revenue targets.
• Plan and execute territory or account strategies and monitor progress.
