Placements24 is seeking a proactive Retail Operations Coordinator to support our retail network, primarily operating remotely with on-site visits in Mahikeng. You will coordinate inventory, logistics, and process improvements across multiple stores, ensuring smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations, logistics, or coordination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in remote setting with on-site travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track inventory levels, stock movements, and deliveries between stores and distribution centers.
• Support implementation of new operational procedures and systems across locations.
• Analyze operational data to identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.
• Serve as point of contact for store teams regarding operational inquiries.
• Manage operational documentation, reporting, and compliance checks.
