Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Remote Retail Operations Specialist to support backend store operations from a remote capacity. You will optimize inventory, order fulfillment, and SOPs, collaborating with store teams, logistics, and e-commerce to ensure accuracy and efficiency across Centurion and beyond.

The role emphasizes data analysis, process improvements, and strong MS Excel skills to monitor KPIs and drive improvements in a fully remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail operations or supply chain backend processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects remotely.
• Proficiency with retail management software, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
• Effective communication with remote teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize operational workflows related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and stock replenishment for retail locations.
• Act as a primary point of contact for store teams regarding operational queries, providing timely and effective support.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, proposing and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce and logistics teams to ensure a consistent and efficient omnichannel retail experience.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials for store staff.
• Monitor key operational performance indicators (KPIs) and report on findings to management.
