Qualifications

• Proven experience in Retail Operations or related role, preferably with remote work experience.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with retail software.
• Outstanding communication and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing retail operational processes and identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Develop and implement standardized operational procedures and best practices for retail teams.
• Manage and maintain operational data, ensuring accuracy and providing insightful reports.
• Collaborate with store managers, merchandising teams, and IT to resolve operational challenges.
• Support the rollout of new operational initiatives and technology across the retail network.
• Coordinate communication and training on operational updates to distributed teams.
