Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Retail Customer Service Representative to join their expanding team. You will be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding orders, returns, and exchanges via phone, email, and chat.

Working remotely, you will collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues, document interactions in the CRM, and strive for first-contact resolutions while maintaining a positive brand experience.
