Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering or closely related discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience in reservoir engineering and management in oil and gas.
• Proficiency with reservoir simulation software (CMG Suite, Techlog).
• Strong understanding of reservoir characterization, fluid mechanics, and EOR principles.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex geological and engineering data.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently in a fully remote capacity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze well and reservoir performance data to identify production trends and opportunities.
• Develop and implement reservoir management strategies, including optimizing injection and production rates.
• Evaluate and propose enhanced oil recovery (EOR) methods suitable for field conditions.
• Create and update reservoir simulation models to predict future performance and test various scenarios.
• Prepare technical reports, economic evaluations, and reserve updates for management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting to ensure integrated field development plans.
