About the Role

You will be responsible for the remote monitoring, diagnostics, and technical support of our clients' solar and energy storage systems. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise in electrical systems, particularly those related to solar photovoltaic (PV) and battery storage technologies. You will work closely with field technicians and client support teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and ensure maximum energy output. Key Responsibilities

• Remotely monitor the performance of solar PV and energy storage systems using specialized software platforms.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using remote monitoring and diagnostic software (e.g., SolarEdge Monitoring, Tesla Powerwall app, proprietary SCADA systems).

• Ability to interpret complex technical data and system schematics.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective remote interaction.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using standard office software and communication tools.
• Relevant electrical or renewable energy certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience with grid-tied and off-grid systems is a plus.
