Formación

• Proven experience as a Solar Panel Installer or similar technical role in renewable energy.
• Comprehensive knowledge of PV systems, components, wiring and inverters.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles and safety procedures (NEC).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for technical explanations.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (video conferencing, PM tools).
• Ability to work independently in remote environments.
• Solar installation or electrical certifications are desirable.
• Stable internet connection and dedicated home office setup required.
