Qualifications

• 3-5 years regional sales or area management experience.
• Experience selling into wholesalers, distributors, or FMCG skincare/beauty.
• Understanding of skincare or personal care product markets.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Own car in good roadworthy condition.
• Willingness to work on occasional weekend and event support during product activation.

Responsibilities

• Set regional sales targets and drive growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail partners.
• Drive in-store promotions and correct product placement.
• Coordinate stock planning and communicate with HO.
• Provide training and support to staff.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, logistics, and product teams.
